As Vatra embarked on their 16th year poised for growth, Amanda Mailey was hired under a 4 month contract as an onsite strategy consultant. She lead business development, strategic planning, operations optimization, creative strategy, management training, and methodology implementation of proven strategies that promote growth with sustained success. With an incredibly talented staff eager to learn, tremendous progress was made. 80% of the staff is women and Amanda had the opportunity to mentor many of them on ways to reach their career goals.
